Existential Psychospiritual Counselor
I offer a space for deep companionship — a place where your soul can be seen and your story truly heard. When we face loss, we encounter not only the pain of absence but also the larger questions of existence: Who am I now? How do I go on? What does this loss mean in the context of my life?
In the presence of sorrow, we do not need quick answers or forced optimism. We need another human being willing to sit beside us — to witness, to honor, and to accompany us through the uncharted territory of grief. My approach is not to move you past your pain, but to help you explore it with courage and curiosity.
I believe that some wounds are not meant to be “fixed,” but rather carried — integrated into the fabric of who we are. In facing loss directly, we can come to understand the profound love that lives beneath grief, and the possibility for growth that can emerge even in our darkest seasons.
How we respond to loss — the meaning we make of it, the choices we embrace — shapes the depth and dignity of our future days. It is here, in this vulnerable and open space, that transformation can begin.
In our work together, we walk at your pace. My role is to be a steady, compassionate presence as you confront your fears, reclaim your inner strength, and uncover what matters most to you.
May you find the courage to move forward with authenticity. May you discover that even in pain, there is room for love, connection, and hope. And may this shared journey lead you toward a deeper, more meaningful life.
